What are Folio Society Editions?

Founded in London in 1947, the Folio Society publishes beautifully crafted, imaginative editions of the world’s great works of fiction and non-fiction. It publishes books with exceptional typography, illustrations, paper and bindings.  The Society sources new introductions from literary experts to accompany classic texts and uses skilled designers and master printers to produce memorable fine books. Most books are housed in slipcases. Often the books may be published in sets or multi-volume editions.
